5. Can you recommend an auxiliary machine for your blowing machine?

6m3/min, 30bar air compressor, and 2 sets of 5HP chiller are required for FG-4. Also, 8m3/min, 30bar air compressor, and 2 sets of 5HP chiller are required for FG-6, and 10m3/min, 30bar air compressor, and 2 sets of 5HP chiller are required for FG-8.

We don't require a low-pressure air compressor because our blowing machine is servo operated.

6. Can you tell me how your blowing machine saves energy?

 Our blowing machine is equipped with a very compact heating oven, and the heating head in the oven has been reduced to 38.1mm. Which allows us to save a significant amount of energy.

Furthermore, as stated earlier, because our blower is servo driven, we do not require a low-pressure compressor, allowing us to save even greater amount of energy.

7. How can I avoid the neck becoming soft during the heating process?

The bottleneck has already been provided with fan cooling. With this, you wont run into any problem of your bottle neck being soft in the process of heating.

8. How long do you think you'll need to change the mold?

We have simplified the mold area and made it simple to replace the mold it takes our engineers 17 minutes to change the mold. However, an untrained engineer may take 20-30 minutes. Despite the fact that we are half the time as other suppliers.

9. How does your cam connection system benefit you?

The cam connection system is beneficial to us because the cam linking system is controlled by a single servo motor.

12. Why is this machine's power so low, and is it enough to produce such high speeds and well-shaped bottles?

We  have updated the heating zone and reduced the distance between preforms to enable for more obs to be heated at the same time, increasing heating efficiency. Yes, achieving such speed and well-shaped bottles is more than enough.

13. What is the total number of servos? What happened to them?

Categorically, there are three servo motors: one for preform pitch change.

While the second one is for preform-taken-into-mold movement (this servo is synchronized with bottle-take-out mold movement).  And finally, the third, and  the largest, is the mold close and open servo.

14. What is the maximum speed that your machine can achieve?

We primarily use three models. In a series, there are four cavities, six cavities, and eight cavities, with capacities ranging from 6000 to 12000 BPH.
