a Filling section.
The filling machine is designed and manufactured by our company by introducing German technology and applying the principle of atmospheric pressure filling to realize the filling of liquid into the washed cans.
Filling is based on the gravity filling principle.
The filling valve adopts high-precision mechanical valve, with fast filling speed and high liquid level precision.
With perfect CIP cleaning function.
Adopting filling valve with guiding device, and the guiding port can be lifted and lowered under the action of cam to play a pre-shroud function for the can to ensure the accurate sealing of the bottle mouth and the filling valve, and reduce the phenomenon of material leakage from the mouth of the can.
According to the different heights of tanks, automatic lifting can be realized to meet the filling requirements, with high and low level safety protection.
Adopting gear drive with high efficiency, low noise, long service life, convenient maintenance and sufficient lubrication, adopting frequency converter to control the speed of the main motor of the machine, the machine adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.
Bottle guide system, simple structure, can be quickly and conveniently changed according to the type of cans, the whole machine adopts the structure of can bottom conveyor.
The whole machine is automatically controlled by PLC, and faults are displayed online, such as blocked bottles and missing caps.
With no can not open the valve, do not add the cover, lack of cover shutdown and other safety protection functions.
The material in the filling cylinder is controlled automatically, and the liquid level is detected by the liquid level sensor to ensure the liquid level is stable and the filling is reliable.

b Capping section
The capping part seals the caps onto the cans which have been filled with the products and is sent to the later process by the conveyor chain.
The sealing rollers are hardened with high hardness alloy (HRC>62) and the sealing curves are precision processed by optical curve grinding to ensure the quality of sealing and the normal operation of the machine.
This machine is equipped with the control system of cans and no cans without lid, which ensures the normal operation of the machine and reduces the rate of lid loss.
The aluminum cover is manually placed in the chute and the cover is lowered by the gravity of the cover and the pusher, and the chute is equipped with a detection switch to ensure that the machine can be shut down when there is a lack of cover.
Depending on the height of the can, the capper can be lifted manually to meet the requirements.

The main difference between hot filling and room temperature filling of cans is that hot filling needs to bring back to the flow tank, room temperature filling is not required. Return pump head and power need to be determined according to the floor plan.
