Mixing system: It uses advanced automatic mixing equipment, which can accurately mix raw materials according to the set formula ratio to ensure that each batch of carbonated beverages can maintain a stable taste and quality. At the same time, the mixing system also has automatic cleaning and disinfection functions, which greatly improves production efficiency and hygiene standards.
Filling machine: A high-speed filling machine suitable for the characteristics of carbonated beverages is selected. Capping machine: The capping machine matched with the filling machine has efficient capping ability, which can ensure that the bottle cap is tight and firm to prevent beverage leakage and deterioration. The equipment is also equipped with advanced detection devices, which will automatically remove products with unqualified capping to ensure the consistency of product quality.
Packaging equipment: including film wrapping machines, case packers and palletizers and other automated packaging equipment, which can realize efficient packaging and stacking of carbonated beverages. These equipment not only improve the packaging speed and quality, but also reduce the labor intensity and waste of packaging materials.
After the equipment was manufactured, we arranged professional technicians to go to the customer’s factory in Uzbekistan to install and commission the production line. During the installation process, the technicians strictly followed the installation specifications and operating procedures of the equipment to ensure that every link was accurate and correct.
At the same time, we also conducted comprehensive technical training for the customer’s operators to familiarize them with the performance and operation methods of the equipment, and to be able to perform daily production operations and simple troubleshooting proficiently.
