We adopt Omron motion controller (integrated module type) with PTO servo positioning module for high-speed and precise positioning. Proximity sensors locate orbital targets and send high-speed signals to the servo system, while a high-precision rotary encoder built into the servo motor detects track positions online and feeds data back to the control system, ensuring stable and accurate high-speed positioning for blow molding

The mold movement mechanism uses a servo motor connected to a gearbox, with a synchronous transmission system driving two hinge mechanisms on both sides of the mold via linkage rods to realize reciprocating up-down movement. This drives the middle mold clamping plates to move oppositely or towards each other (mold opening and closing). The servo-driven traction wheel runs continuously clockwise, reducing power impact and wear for smoother mold clamping—one rotation completes a full mold opening-closing cycle.
Equipped with a high-pressure air supercharged mold locking mechanism, it buffers the impact between mold plates, protects molds effectively, and reduces parting line visibility on finished bottles. Designed through rigid engineering simulation analysis, the servo-driven mold mechanism ensures simple, accurate, consistent and fast mold movements, with a cycle time of 0.2~0.4 seconds.
